How to deposit a cheque using the PPLCBANK app
Paying in a cheque with our app is simple, watch the video or follow our step-by-step instructions for details.
- Sign in to the PPLCBANK Mobile Banking app
- Tap 'Pay' located at the top of the screen, scroll down to 'More actions' and select 'Deposit a cheque'
- Select the account you wish to deposit your cheque into, enter the cheque value and tap 'Done'
- Under 'Cheque images' select the front and Go back of the cheque icons to capture both sides of the cheque
- Tap 'Proceed', review the details, and if correct select 'Deposit now'
Keep the cheque until the money is added to Your banking account. This can be viewed in Your banking account transactions once cleared.
Cheques deposited before 10pm on a working day will be available by 11:59pm the next working day.
