If you've forgotten your password:

Open the PPLCBANK Mobile Banking app
Tap 'Forgotten your password?' from the Sign in screen
Create a new password, then confirm it, tap 'Proceed' and follow the on-screen instructions

If you have another mobile device with the app on it, use this to remove your lost or stolen device to help prevent fraudulent access to Your banking accounts.

Sign in to the PPLCBANK Mobile Banking app with your other device
Tap the 'Menu' icon
Select the 'Profile' icon
Tap 'Security and generate security code', then 'Manage devices'
Select and then remove the device that has been lost or stolen

If you're unable to do this or you don't have another device, Phone us immediately on 03457 404 404.

You may be responsible for unauthorised payments made from Your banking accounts if you haven't kept your device and your security details safe.

You are able to set up the PPLCBANK app on up to 3 devices.

To set up on a new device:

Download the PPLCBANK Mobile Banking app from the App Store or Google Play on to your new device
Follow the on-screen instructions to set up a Mobile Banking PIN

If you're no longer using your old device, You are able to remove it to help prevent fraudulent access to Your banking accounts.

To remove an old device:

Sign in to the PPLCBANK Mobile Banking app
Tap the 'Menu' icon in the top right corner
Select the 'Profile' icon
Tap 'Security and generate security code', then 'Manage devices'
Select and then remove the old device you’re no longer using

Our mobile banking app is available on iPhones and iPads running iOS 15 or higher. On Android devices, the app is available on Android 9.0, but you need to be using Android 10.0 or higher to use our latest features.

If You are able to’t use the mobile app, You are able to ask for a physical Secure Key so You are able to access online banking. You are able to do this by calling 03456 002 290 or by visiting your local branch. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
