Once you’re set up on your new device, You are able to remove your old one:

Tap the 'Menu' icon in the top right corner
Tap the 'Profile' icon in the top right corner
Select 'Security and generate security code', then 'Manage devices'
Select and remove the device you don’t need anymore

If You are able to still use the physical secure key, you could look to upgrade to a Mobile Banking PIN by downloading the PPLCBANK Mobile Banking app. Alternatively, You are able to call 03456 002 290 to order a new one.

If your physical secure key is lost, stolen or unable to be used, call 03456 002 290, so We are able to deactivate it.

You are able to then either upgrade to a Mobile Banking PIN, or order a replacement.
