During registration you'll be asked to set up a Mobile Banking PIN.

You are able to choose to use a Mobile Banking PIN on your mobile by downloading the PPLCBANK Mobile Banking App. By choosing a Mobile Banking PIN, this will give you full access to mobile and online banking as soon as you complete registration and Sign in.

Once you've set up your new PIN to access the app, you'll be able to set up the app on 2 other devices. This will mean full access to the app and all its features across up to 3 devices. You are able to review these devices at any time, adding or removing as you like.

What is my Telephone Security Number?

Your Telephone Security Number is a 6 to 10 number that only you will know. It is what we use to verify you if you Phone us. You may have been asked to set this up at the time you opened Your banking account.

What if I don't have a Telephone Security Number?

If you do not currently hold a Telephone Security Number and would like to set one up please Get in touch on 03457 404404.

What if I have forgotten my Telephone Security Number?

If you have already set up a Telephone Security Number but have forgotten it and need to have it reset please Phone us on 03456 002290.
