To change your phone and email details on the app:

Sign in to the PPLCBANK Mobile Banking app
Tap the 'Menu' icon in the top right corner
Tap the 'Profile' icon in the top right corner, then ‘Update personal details’
Select ‘Contact details’ and then tap either addresses / the phone numbers or email and follow the on-screen instructions to complete

To change your phone and email details online with your Secure Key, Sign in and:

Come in to your nearest branch and we'll be happy to help. Please remember to bring ID so We are able to confirm your details.

If you're not Sign uped for mobile or online banking, You are able to Phone us on the number that applies to you.

You are able to update how you'd like to hear about products and services in online banking or the Mobile Banking app.

Sign in to the PPLCBANK Mobile Banking app
Tap the 'Menu' icon in the top right corner
Tap the 'Profile' icon in the top right corner
Go to 'Communication preferences', select 'Marketing preferences' and update your options

Online banking

1. Go to Your banking account.

2. From the 'Account services' menu, select 'Communication preferences' to update your options.

Update your home or correspondence address - online, over the phone or in branch.
