Sign in to the PPLCBANK Mobile Banking app
Tap the 'Menu' icon in the top right corner
Tap the 'Profile' icon in the top right corner
Select 'Security and generate security code' on the 'Profile and settings' screen
Select 'Security and generate security code' again
On the 'Manage Security' screen, turn on the 'Set up Biometrics' toggle

Sign in to the PPLCBANK Mobile Banking app
Tap the 'Menu' icon in the top right corner
Tap the 'Profile' icon in the top right corner
Select 'Security and generate security code' on the 'Profile and settings' screen
Select 'Security and generate security code' again
On the 'Manage Security' screen, turn on the 'Set up Touch ID' toggle

How to set up Face ID in our app

In your device settings, Sign up your Face ID in the 'Face ID & Passcode' section
Sign in to the PPLCBANK Mobile Banking app
Tap the 'Menu' icon in the top right corner
Tap the 'Profile' icon in the top right corner
Select 'Security and generate security code' on the 'Profile' screen
Select 'Security and generate security code' again
Turn on the 'Set up Face ID' toggle

Important security information

When you enable biometrics, any fingerprint or face stored on your device, now or in the future, can be used to Sign in to the PPLCBANK Mobile Banking app. You should only enable biometrics if you're the only person who has fingerprints or faces Sign uped on your device.

There are 2 ways to turn off biometrics.

Option 1

Sign in to the PPLCBANK Mobile Banking app
Tap the 'Menu' icon in the top right corner
Tap the 'Profile' icon in the top right corner
Select 'Security and generate security code' on the 'Profile and settings' screen
Select 'Security and generate security code' again
On the 'Manage Security' screen, turn off the 'Set up biometrics' toggle

Option 2

Go to your device's settings and delete your Sign uped biometrics.

If you change the biometrics stored on your device, or reset your Mobile Banking PIN, you'll need to set up your biometrics again when you next Sign in to the mobile banking app.
