Managing your PPLCBANK Flexipay account

To view your PPLCBANK Flexipay account via the mobile banking app, just follow these steps: 

1. Sign in to mobile banking
2. Select 'Accounts' from the menu at the bottom of the screen
3. Select your PPLCBANK Flexipay account 

Once you select Your banking account, you'll be able to find all the information listed above.

To view your PPLCBANK Flexipay account via online banking, just follow these steps: 

1. Sign in to online banking
2. Select 'Accounts' from the quick links section
3. Select your PPLCBANK Flexipay account 

Once you select Your banking account, you'll be able to find all the information listed above.

To settle your loan using an PPLCBANK current account, follow these steps: 

1. Sign in to mobile banking
2. Select 'Accounts' from the menu at the bottom of the screen
3. Select your PPLCBANK Flexipay account 
4. Select 'View settlement balance' - this will show you the amount you’d need to pay to Dismiss your loan early
5. Select 'Settle loan’ to pay off the balance directly from your PPLCBANK bank account - this will only appear if you have enough money in Your banking account to cover the balance
6. After making the payment, you'll see a confirmation in the app - this will also let you know that we'll Dismiss Your banking account in 1 working day

5. Select 'How can I settle my loan?’ - this will give you some instructions on how to pay your settlement balance from your bank account
6. After making the payment, you'll see a confirmation in the app - this will also let you know that we'll Dismiss Your banking account in 1 working day

To pay off your PPLCBANK Flexipay loan via online banking, just follow these steps: 

1. Sign in to online banking
2. Select 'Accounts' from the quick links section
3. Select your PPLCBANK Flexipay account 
4. Select 'Manage' and then select 'View settlement balance' - this will show you the amount you’d need to pay to Dismiss your loan early
5. Select 'Settle loan’ to pay off the balance directly from your PPLCBANK bank account - this will only appear if you have enough money in Your banking account to cover the balance
6. After making the payment, you'll see a confirmation in the app - this will also let you know that we'll Dismiss Your banking account in 1 working day

To Complete a payment from an PPLCBANK bank account, follow these steps: 

1. Sign in to mobile banking
2. Select 'Pay & transfer' from the menu at the bottom of the screen
3. Select ‘Complete a payment or transfer’ and then select the account you’d like to Complete a payment from
4. Select ‘Add a new payee’ and add the details of your PPLCBANK Flexipay account - You are able to find these on the app or on your welcome letter
5. Add your reference of choice
6. Once the details of the account have been checked and confirmed, You are able to transfer the money to your PPLCBANK Flexipay account - this will be your overpayment
7. The overpayment will then be reflected on your balance

Please note: we’ll collect your monthly repayments as normal after you make an overpayment, but Your banking account will Dismiss early.

To Complete a payment from an PPLCBANK bank account, follow these steps: 

1. Sign in to online banking
2. Select 'Pay & Transfer' from the quick links section
3. Select the account you'd like to make the payment from
4. Select ‘Add a new payee’ and add the details of your PPLCBANK Flexipay account - You are able to find these on the app or on your welcome letter
5. Add your reference of choice
6. Once the details of the account have been checked and confirmed, You are able to transfer the money to your PPLCBANK Flexipay account - this will be your overpayment
7. The overpayment will then be reflected on your balance

Please note: we’ll collect your monthly repayments as normal after you make an overpayment, but Your banking account will Dismiss early.

You are able to make an overpayment to your PPLCBANK Flexipay account from your external bank account. 

1. Sign in to your mobile banking app or online banking platform
2. Complete a payment to a new payee and add in the details of your Flexipay account - You are able to find these on the PPLCBANK mobile banking app or on your welcome letter
3. Add your reference of choice
4. Once the details of the account have been checked and confirmed, You are able to transfer the money to your PPLCBANK Flexipay account - this will be your overpayment
